Valencia, Spain's third-largest city, is famous for its magnificent orange groves and the beauty of its long beaches, paella (a rice dish with chicken or seafood), and the fallas festival in March. The festival is the unique fiesta of Saint Joseph when enormous papier-mache sculptures are set ablaze.
